Terms of Service – HydraMC

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using https://www.hydramc.org and the HydraMC Minecraft servers (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 13 years old (in line with COPPA)
- Have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18
- Not be prohibited from using online services under applicable law
3. Account & Player Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information where required
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You must not:
- Share, sell, or transfer accounts
- Use another user’s account without permission
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, hacks, or exploits
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Attempt to disrupt servers or infrastructure
- Engage in fraud or chargebacks
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users at our discretion.
5. Virtual Goods & Purchases
HydraMC may offer:
- Ranks
- Cosmetics
- In-game perks
Important:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
- Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value
- Purchases grant a limited, revocable license, not ownership
6. Payments (Minestore)
Payments are processed via third-party providers (Minestore and others).
By making a purchase:
- You agree to the provider’s terms
- You authorize the transaction
We are not responsible for third-party payment issues.
7. Chargebacks & Fraud
Any attempt to:
- Reverse payments (chargebacks)
- Commit payment fraud
May result in:
- Immediate suspension or permanent ban
- Revocation of all in-game purchases
8. Intellectual Property
All content on HydraMC, including:
- Website design
- Server content
- Branding and logos
Is owned by HydraMC.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
Minecraft assets remain the property of Mojang/Microsoft.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Remove access to the Service
At any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Server uptime
- Error-free operation
- Availability of features
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
HydraMC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, progress, or virtual goods
- Service interruptions
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HydraMC from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of third-party rights
13. Third-Party Services
We may integrate services such as:
- Discord
- Payment processors
- External websites
We are not responsible for their content or practices.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to:
